The year 1968, Gopilal Laddha -A young man with a strong desire to excel and offer his expertise to the people of Bangalore in the field of construction materials and build a name for himself setup a small unit specializing in the manufacture of rain water pipes titled Premier Asbestos Cement Products.
As time passed by Mr.Laddha with all his dedication and sincere efforts made headway in the construction materials business. Tasting success in his very first venture gave him the required impetus to diversify into the manufacture of various other building materials like flush tanks, P.V.C.Pipes and bathtubs which was a family run business.
With an emphasis on quality and service Premier Asbestos Cement products made a name for itself in the highly competitive field of construction materials.
Initially in the seventies Mosaic tiles were a rare commodity in southern India, the existing dealers used to bring these tiles all the way from Gujarat known for its colorful tiles and market the same here. With a great foresight and sensing the immense potential in the field of Mosaic tiles Mr.Laddha in the year 1986 started MEERA MOSAICS primarily aimed at manufacturing high quality designer tiles at an affordable price.
Joining him at the helm of affairs was his young son Mr.Vinay Laddha, energetic, ambitious and a highly dedicated individual. Backed by a degree in architecture Mr.Vinay looks after the marketing and after sales support of the company. The father son duo is well known in the market for their unique approach towards the flooring scenario in this part of the world.
